Section 1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "xbajee", "we", and "platform" refer to the online gaming and sports betting service operated under the domain xbajeeapp.cam. "User", "you", or "member" refers to anyone who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services on the platform — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, crash games, bingo, and any bonus or promotional offers. They also apply equally to the use of the xbajee mobile app (Android and iOS).

Section 2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on xbajee and take part in any gaming or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. All platform services are strictly prohibited for minors. Providing a false age at registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is considered "multi-accounting" and is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information and Verification

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be complete, accurate, and up to date. xbajee reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if required documents are not submitted.

Section 3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

xbajee currently accepts the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, approved withdrawals are processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be held if account verification is pending or bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

3.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Withdrawals should generally be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. At the time of a withdrawal request, the account must have a sufficient balance and all applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed.

Section 4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — and before the bonus can be withdrawn, wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For the welcome bonus, this is 25 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Certain games may not be playable with bonus funds, or may count toward wagering at a different rate — reading the specific terms of each offer is mandatory.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

xbajee reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit related winnings if misuse of the bonus system is detected, such as using strategic betting methods to meet bonus requirements.

Section 5 VIP and Cashback Program

The xbajee VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can move up to a higher level through regular play.

The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.3%, Gold: up to 0.5%, Platinum: up to 0.6%, Diamond: up to 0.8%. Weekly cashback is calculated on that week's net loss (total bets minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

Cashback funds are added directly to the account and generally carry no separate wagering requirement, though it is important to check the specific terms of each promotion.

Section 6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajee platform:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access the platform through fraud, hacking, or any other technical means.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack game software or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Stealing another member's account credentials or conducting transactions under their identity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method.
• Playing games using automated bots or other software.

If any of the above activities are detected, xbajee may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance and winnings.

Section 7 Responsible Gaming

xbajee believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. Responsible gaming is an essential part of our platform.

We advise users to keep the following in mind:

• Never bet more money than you can afford to lose.
• Set deposit limits and stick to them.
• Gaming is entertainment — avoid placing larger bets to try to recover losses.

Section 10 Platform Availability and Technical Issues

xbajee makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available at all times. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical faults, or external factors. In such cases, xbajee will make reasonable decisions regarding the outcome of any bets or games in progress.

If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in a game, the correct result will take precedence and xbajee reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out in error.

Section 11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time through the support team. Available balances can be withdrawn before closure, but any bonus balance will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

11.2 Suspension by xbajee

xbajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for investigation purposes due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or legal obligations.

Section 12 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbajee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. The financial risk of gaming and betting lies entirely with the user.

In the case of technical errors or disputes in games provided by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution), the rules of the relevant provider will take precedence.
